THE 4TH FESTIVITIES CONTINUE

After the parade, we headed home for lunch. After lunch, we met back up with the Wunderlich's at Hart park for the family festivities. We ran around the track, got our face painted, played with the parachute and fed animals at the petting zoo.

Miss Elise was not too sure about riding on the camel. Lauren however hopped right on and the only way Elise was getting on the camel unless I rode it with her. So lucky me, I got a camel ride too. Then we went to the ponies for a ride. Again, Lauren hopped right on and was excited, Miss Elise was not too sure about riding on the pony and barely smiled and hung on for dear life. She said she liked it after she got off but I'm not too convinced she did.

After the rides it was off to the petting zoo. Elise spotted the llama right away. We had gotten a library book about Llama's and she insisted on feeding the llama and baby goats. Then we headed home for a nap. Miss Elise had other ideas, she was not going to take a nap. So I took her swimming while Daddy took a much needed nap!

Miss Elise finally went to bed at 7:5 and hasn't moved. We are currently debating do we wake her up and take her to the fireworks or do we let her sleep and have her mad when she wakes up because she missed the fireworks?

Hmm....what will we decide to do?
