Preschool Graduation

Miss Elise did it!!! She graduated from preschool today!!

Her and her class sang 6 or 7 songs, then her teacher Miss Meghan introduced each graduate and gave them their diploma's. Each child got to have their own cap complete with tassle. They were all so cute!! And VERY proud to be graduating.

I can't believe she'll be off to kindergarten in the fall! Miss Meghan, Miss Paulette and Dimonti have done a great job preparing Miss Elise for her new adventures this fall. She can easily count to 100 if she concentrates, knows all her ABC's, recognizes shapes and colors and is drawing and "reading" her own stories. She can also name almost all of the presidents and in the correct order. Yes, they've done a great job teaching her day in and out! Their patience and love for all "their" kids as Miss Meghan refers to them is a HUGE comfort knowing she's in good hands during the day.

In honor of her graduation she got $5 from her Nana and Papa and flowers from Ryan and me. It was her first bouquet of flowers in her favorite colors, dark and light purple carnations and one hot pink gerber daisy.
